Single Vineyard SAINT CONSTANTINE

Classification: PGI Thessaloniki
Category: Dry white

Varietal composition: 100% Malagouzia

Origin - Vineyard: Askos area, Thessaloniki region, Central Macedonia. “Saint Constantine” sub-region. 2ha of linear, privately owned vineyard situated at an altitude of 500-550m.

Harvest: First days of August

Vinification: Pre-fermentation cold soak-skin contact. The must is inoculated with selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation in inox tanks at gradual increasing temperatures, to be followed by 2-3 months “sur lie” maturation, with frequent stirring.

Wine description: Fresh and fleshy. Floral aromatic profile, coupled with hints of fresh herbs. Crisp, clean and something you really want to plant your lips on. A truly elegant Malagousia with Greek nose.



Wine and food pairing: Perfect as aperitif. Wine’s fresh and deliciously spicy flavor matches perfectly the Mediterranean cuisine and, specifically, vegetables, seafood, fish and poultry.

Aging potential: 1 – 2 years
