Vinification: Classical red wine vinification method. 12-month ageing in French and American oak.
Wine description: Syrah from the privately owned Arvanitidis Winery vineyard gives a robust purple wine with peppery bouquet and dense taste. Its clear varietal typicity becomes complex after ageing in oak casks.
Wine and food pairing: Served at 17-18°C it is a perfect match for meat in piquant sauces, game and smoked cheese.
